We had a wonderful experience with Droegkamp! I got home on 7/29 and the house was unexpectedly warm. Long story short, the AC wasn’t working properly. We made a call and Droegkamp came out the next day. Once they figured out that we needed a whole new AC unit replaced, they got us on the books for the very next day. The communication was easy and quick, everyone we personally worked with was professional. Our issue was fixed in a very timely manner, and couldn’t be more appreciated as it was July in WI! Very very happy with our experience.

Droegkamp Offers Lennox, which is what I was looking for. I received an estimate from a competitor who also had superior customer service and an excellent staff. I thought I would do some price comparison. The VP at Droekcamp took my model numbers and immediately sent a person who was equally as good and responsive. I was surprised to find the price was between $2,000 and $3,000 cheaper thanmy other estimate for the exact same units! A week or two later, something failed in My 22 year old Trane A/C unit on a Sunday night and the next day was predicted to be 100 degrees! (Of course). I called Joe at 7 AM Monday. Since I have an elderly family member with a health condition, he rearranged their schedule and got my units installed the same day! The installation crew- (Tyler & Nathan) did a superior job, perfect cleanup and demonstrated a high level of customer service throughout the event. I could have spent more money for another superior company, but why? Droegkamp met, and even exceeded my expectations in every aspect.
