My furnace was not functioning properly as the burner would not ignite. I call Droegkamp about 1:30 PM and the receptionist said someone would be able to be at my home later in the day. Around 3:15 PM Mike and Logan arrived and were able to diagnose the problem immediately. The problem as the gas valve which they replaced and that cured the problem. Droegkamp sets the bar of excellence with their integrity, quality of service, and fair pricing. They have earned me as a customer for life. I had a furnace tune-up from a different company that turned into a "you need to replace this furnace, now!". I called Droegkamp for a quote and they informed me the furnace is fine, well enough to last me another 8-10 years, and replacing it is certainly not recommended. Droegkamp also replaced my AC unit earlier in 2023 and the experience was exceptional. Their pricing is low because they don't work off commission like these other companies who rely on scare tactics to get you to buy. Droegkamp is a rare breed in the business world these days, and I won't be going anywhere else for my services moving forward.
